20 Restless Velium Tainted Diamond
*10 Enchanted Refined Restless Velium   (note: this is an enchanted item - hit up your friendly neighbourhood enchanter with 10 Refined Restless Velium - even if you acquire these elsewhere, or purchase them, make sure to craft at least one Refined Restless Velium yourself.)

First, you will want to make each of the prototypes in experiment mode:
