Per recent conversations with Ngreth in regards to getting some tradeskill fixes slotted in, trophy evolution at 350 kill does appear to still be bugged. If you are at 350 skill exactly, you probably won't be able to evolve your trophy further then where it is now. Please be aware I don't recommend this, as its far easier to evolve your trophies at lower skill levels but if you already maxed out to 350 and your trophies weren't done, you won't be able to finish until the fix gets patched live.
I am happy to report that this has gone live with the June 21, 2017 patch, and I have confirmed it is fully functional, and have been finishing off my trophies. As a reminder, I strongly recommend that you do your journey to 300, evolve your trophies, then do the path to 350. If like me, you do your tradeskill trophy evolution mostly at 350, you will have to do higher level recipes (and possibly need more rare components) to finish it off, but if you've already made it to 350 without doing so, do not despair. As you can see below if you have a stack of natural spices with the automaker Make all running it takes almost no effort, and only about 5 minutes to finish it off. My trophy started at 6/7 3%, so was nearly a full level to finish it off.
